I want to resell my tickets, how do I proceed?
We collaborate with Ticketswap in order to provide you a secure platform to resell your presale tickets. You can click here to get to our organiser page.
Ticketswap is a safe, convenient and fair place to buy and sell e-tickets for our events. Fraud is prevented by strict checks and by closely collaborating with us.
How does the UMI CLUB cashless system work ?
Our cashless system allows for seamless transactions. You’ll get your own UMI-card when entering the club.
You can recharge your UMI-card by different means:
- With your smartphone via the Payconiq by Bancontact app
- At the charging stations in the club using both cash or card.
- Do you want to plan ahead and top up your UMI-card before you arrive at the club? Do it in the Cashless Point tab on our website.

To request a refund of the remaining balance on your cashless account, you can log in to your account and request a refund.
If you used cash on site to top up your cashless account, you can log in to your account and add the card to which you wish to be refunded.
- If you have not created a cashless account, there is still time to create one here to access the refund!
- There is a 15-day maximum delay and the refund fee is €1.50 for a refund of €10 or more.

How much does entry to UMI cost ?
The presale ticket is €10.99 and are available before the start of the event. We’ve recently put this price lower in order to make UMI & the nightlife in general more accessible!
The normal ticket at the door is €18.00 at the door.
The lockers cost €2.00 each.
What facilities are available at UMI CLUB ?
The club offers various facilities for your convenience. These include:
- Toilets ( floor -1 , +1)
- Cloakroom (floor -1)
- Help Desk available in the elevator (floor +1, +2)
- Cashless points (floor 0, +2)
What should I do if I’ve lost something at UMI CLUB ?
If you’ve lost an item, please fill out our contact form just below.
Make sur to provide:
1. your email
2. a description of the lost object
3. the date and time it was lost
4. a picture of the object.
Our team will do their best to assist in locating your lost item. Ususally, we receive your email and get back to you if we find it.
If we didn’t get back to you, that means we didn’t find your items.
Is UMI CLUB accessible for guests with reduced mobility ?
UMI has multiple floors accessible only by stairs. If you require assistance or have mobility challenges, our team is here to help. Please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance when needed.
How do I get reimbursed from the money I have left on my card ?
All refunds are made through the Cashless Point tab.
Minimum amount to get a refund is 10€ and a fee of 1.5€ will be applied.
If you have less than 10€ (and more than 1.50€) but still want to get your money back, we’d usually advice you to top up your card to reach the minimum amount and then ask a refund.
Why the fee? The card you received for free actually costs 1.20€ and our PSP (payment service provider) applies a fee of 0.30€ for the refund process.

What’s a Safer place at UMI ?
UMI CLUB is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment. Our “Safer place” includes a dedicated Chill Room for relaxation, seats throughout the club, a Help Desk offering assistance, free water, and earplugs. We also have a care team available.

We work closely with Brussels By Night Federation in order to give proper formations to our staff members. These formations are made to be able to adapt to any situations and minimise and prevent any type of violence, harassment or discrimination.
